As a multi-lingual counsellor, I offer a compassionate, client-centred space where you are met with empathy, respect, and non-judgement. I work integratively, drawing on a wide range of therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs, background, and goals.
My foundation is rooted in Gestalt, Humanistic and Integrative Counselling, which places the therapeutic relationship at the heart of healing. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and change when offered the right conditions—safety, understanding, and authenticity.

My training has been integrative. I incorporate several different therapy approaches. I use the person-centered, humanistic, gestalt, and integrative approach and draw on others such as Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Counselling provides a place for difficult thoughts and feelings to be processed. It helps to bring about clarity and understanding of issues that may feel confusing. I desire to provide a safe space for my clients to explore, develop an understanding of how their past may have impacted their present and make new choices that might bring change.
My training has been inspired by the journey of the amazing people I have met that have been transformed. The powerful techniques and therapies gave me so much inspiration and satisfaction of making a difference in the world, as well as within myself. With the changing world, we have now adapted to virtual therapies which are still effective.
I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse cultural, linguistic, and social backgrounds, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. These include, but are not limited to: anger management, anxiety, bereavement and loss, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, panic attacks, stress, and issues related to faith and spirituality.
As a fluent speaker of Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, I offer counselling in these languages to help overcome language barriers and ensure that individuals who may struggle to express themselves in English can still access high-quality, culturally sensitive therapeutic support.
My goal is to provide an inclusive, accessible service that empowers clients to face life’s challenges and make meaningful changes.
