Hypnotherapy is a form of talking therapy that involves using hypnosis as a tool (hypnosis being a very natural state of relaxation). Traditional psychotherapy helps people to look at their issues in a conscious way, while hypnotherapy works with the unconscious mind. Hypnosis uses the power of suggestion to enhance and encourage positive changes.
You are fully in control when under hypnosis and do not have to take on the therapist's suggestions if you do not want to. If needed, you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state.
Hypnosis does not work if you do not want to be hypnotised.
NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, captures successful approaches to understanding, modelling and creating new behavior, rapidly. I was suffering with health problems and it seemed like one after another, through just 3 sessions i was able to overcome a number of issues i had it's the best thing I've ever done. I don't understand these stupid man made rules and was planning to just run away from home. Addiction to food even eating without me knowing I'm eating....It's been great because Roop has now replaced bad food with good food so i no longer crave the chocolates, cakes or want sugary drinks....from drinking no water i now drink up to 4 litres of water and eat fruit and veg that keeps me full all day. I've started to value my body and now am able to make better decisions. Guidance with supplements.
I was at the stage of losing everything i wanted Roop gave me Insight and guidance. The counseling and other therapies where mind blowing. I'm still having therapy but now I'm working in the City of Leeds with a Home, Wife and Children. I come for therapy now as it's a luxury but as Roop says you must express your gratitude for the changes in my life the achievements, and now i can pay for therapy! :)
I felt ashamed and guilty after my anger triggered I never interacted with my family or friends. I couldn't understand why i would get so anger about little things. Family would piss me off. Never could have a decent relationship cos i would get pissed off and break up. Roop has helped me and now I am pregnant and have a loving family. I mended my ties with family too. She created a toolkit for me. I'll always be grateful. Roop has this different approach which makes you feel so comfortable, her skills are life saving, she understands culture and family. I came to the UK 10 years ago and have suffered ongoing abuse and harassment. My husband and in-laws belittled me so i left 3 years ago. I was involved in the wrong society and have had so many trauma's in my life that i thought i wouldn't ever forget. I could not see myself in the mirror. Now i am happy and i do not remember the trauma. All i remember is my life is beautiful and i am happy and content i look at myself daily and cherish my outer and inner beauty.

I realize it was a silly belief and not a condition like dyslexia it was something that I was comforting to stay in my shell for sympathy and seeking just fake attention....thank you
Daily i was suffering headaches, sickness. GP gave me a cocktail of tablets, hospital did so many scans and x-rays. When i met Roop i was depressed, stresses and drained she transformed me I'm so grateful i felt like i would have just committed suicide otherwise.
I just felt lost, hopeless. I just was used by women. I found it impossible to date a nice women, all were more excited about my assets then me. I was depressed, and felt rejected. Roop coached me and helped me change my mindset and my state, rather than feeling obliged i felt confident to make a decision to walk away.
I was so arrogant when i met Roop, and that's just the way I am, to proud to ask for help. I couldn't understand why I'm only successful in business but can't have a good relationship. I actually didn't know I had mental blockers from childhood. Can't believe she tolerated me but she was outstanding with all her therapies!! She's a STAR.
